GENERAL DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery will be made by our chosen delivery partner, DPD or by an alternative of our choice.

On furniture orders, we offer a white glove delivery service in collaboration with our partners. The white glove delivery includes placement, assembly if required and rubbish removal. This delivery service is available Monday to Friday between 9 am-5 pm, and you will be offered a 4-hour window. Following this you will be called on the day pre-delivery with a more specific timeslot.

UK DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our range of flexible delivery options have been selected to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition and reflect the standard of service we expect our customers to receive.

For our accessories range we offer parcel delivery (UK mainland) within 2-5 working days of order date. In some out of area postcodes delivery can take longer. For more detailed delivery information by postcode please contact us under hi@maieliving.com.

PRICES

Delivery charge for white glove delivery is £99.00 within the Greater London area and £249.00 for Mainland UK.

Delivery charge for parcel delivery for orders above £50.00 is free of charge, for oders up to £50.00 a delivery charge of £2.99 applies.
